SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
We offer domestic and international shipping via tracked courier services. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that custom duties or import taxes for international orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Print sales and custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@danieleportanome with your order number and details about the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
